Every other client in my chair has the same problem.   Dry hair, dry hair ends, hair loss. My clients think the cause is hair color or genetics.  But the real reason is the HAIR SHAMPOO. Shampoo dries hair is a fact. It doesn't matter if it is natural professional shampoo, or shampoo from a store, with or without sulfates.   All shampoos dry the hair. And that's why.
